I have a theory about how I have managed to stave them off.  Are you getting much fat in your diet?

Not to much fat. I eat very lean meats and plenty of vegetables.

I have about a week out of each month that I eat a meal of fat a day. Bacon, and sour cream!  Then I am done for another month.  I think that has something to do with it.  When the body dosn't get enough fats it thinks you are starving.  Try adding some fat to the diet and see if that will get things moving.

Cream cheese, full fat cheese, bacon, full fat sour cream, macadamia nuts, etc.

Let me know if you try it and how it works for you.  Even Atkins has you do a fats when you hit a plateau.

No I have not tried tracking my food on a daily basis. I know for a fact that the days that I workout with my trainer I don't eat enough. I will try counting my calories and see how it goes. Thank you!

I had a plateau that lasted for two weeks.  I started tracking my food intake and discovered I wasn't eating enough, only about 600 calories.  I now make sure to have at least 800 to 1000 calories a day.  In the beginning, I had to eat 2 tbs of peanut butter to help boost the calories.   Not to mention it helped with wanting something a little sweet.  Have you been tracking your food?  Just a thought!
